Salmon Ecosystem
This project aims to modernize, improve and expand the set of open source tools in the salmon ecosystem (SE), whose core tools comprise cuttlefish, pufferfish, salmon, and alevin-fry. The goal is to improve SE’s support for analysis on large reference collections and new bulk and single-cell sequencing technologies.
