Proposal Summary
To solidify NiPreps by boosting community growth, securing maintenance, and developing new components to expand the diversity of supported data such as imaging parameters, modalities, populations, and species.
NiPreps
This project will support NiPreps (NeuroImaging PREProcessing toolS), a community-driven framework for the preprocessing of biomedical images of brains. There are three specific goals: boosting the community’s growth via supporting documents, conducting maintenance across foundational components of the framework, and furthering the roadmaps of fMRIPrep, dMRIPrep, and MRIQC.
