Proposal Summary
To extend DIPY’s registration framework for generic use in biomedical research, add parallel computing, strengthen maintenance, expand documentation, and improve educational capabilities.
DIPY
This project will extend DIPY’s capabilities, including improving and extending the Image/Streamline/Point-based Registration Framework and providing robust applications in biomedical imaging and 2D/3D microscopy. Additionally, the project will integrate parallel computing, and strengthen maintenance, documentation, and education around DIPY.
